Swiss Enlargement Contribution

Switzerland has concluded a bilateral framework agreement with Estonia. Switzerland decides in consultation with Estonia and independently of the EU which projects it will support.

Switzerland uses its enlargement contribution to increase the efficiency of the Estonian emergency services, promote energy efficient building methods and improve border security with automatic number plate recognition

Switzerland supports 18 projects in Estonia with its EU enlargement contribution.
